Remote monitoring

At IT Backbone we utilise one of the leading automated monitoring tools in the market. Using this tool, we are able to monitor and maintain hundreds of pieces of equipment within a single dashboard. Integration with our ticketing systems means any alerts are automatically logged and assigned to engineers to work on. We are able to detect and rectify a range of issues before any impact is felt by our clients.

This tool also allows our service desk team to access all types of equipment remotely without the need for anyone to attend site, in turn, means quicker resolution times.

Service desk

Our service desk is manned from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and is backed up by an out of hours service, should this be required.

All tickets are recorded in our service desk ticketing system and assigned an SLA depending on the severity of the incident. All of IT Backbone’s clients have unlimited access to remote services supplied by our service desk.

Onsite support services

We have a team of experienced engineers with knowledge in a wide range of IT disciplines such as Microsoft operating systems and server apps, as well as a comprehensive range of hardware devices to ensure we can provide an outstanding service to our clients. Our onsite services can be booked on an ad-hoc basis or as part of your contract with regular visits prescheduled at a frequency that suits your business.
