How to set up email forwarding

Setting up email forwarding in Outlook web takes just seconds to do!

 

Here’s how to do it:

  • Log into Outlook web
  • In Mail, click on the settings cog in the top right of the screen
  • Then click ‘View all Outlook settings’
  • Click on Forwarding, then tick ‘Enable forwarding’ and add the email address you want to forward your emails to, then hit Save
  • Back in your inbox, you’ll see that email forwarding is on in the top right of the screen
  • To turn it off, just click ‘Turn off’ in that email forwarding box in the top right of the screen
  • Untick Email forwarding, then hit Save
  • If you don’t have alerts on in Outlook web, click on the settings cog (it’s in the top right corner of the screen)
  • Then select ‘View all Outlook settings’, untick Email forwarding and click on Save

 

And that’s it!
